When my calendar and caseload allow, most new clients can schedule within 48 hours of first contact. After you first session we will set up a regular time to meet that fits your life and availability.
I offer flexible day and evening appointments as well as Friday and Saturday sessions for Marriage Mini-Intensives and crisis situations.
Absolutely! In our sessions we will discuss and process the challenges and measure capacity to "do the work" necessary to make a clear decision about what is and isn't possible in the marriage. Ending a marriage is a huge decision that is not to be made lightly or emotionally. The decision to end a marriage is tough but sometimes necessary decision. In our work we will navigate a solution and specific steps to obtain the clarity you need so that you can confidently make the decision that resonates most for you and your current situation.
Absolutely! The majority of my practice is made up of high-functioning individuals that simply need an outside perspective, a confidential environment to sort through challenges and accountability. Since I am a solution-focused therapist my experience and approach makes these types of collaborative relationships a great fit!

Yes, it is my highest preference to establish an in-person professional relationship with any client wanting to utilize virtual services. The efficacy of in-person counseling is markedly more impactful, especially as rapport is being established. However, I have several clients that I exclusively serve in a virtual capacity with great results. This is an excellent option for clients that travel extensively or in seasons of heightened busyness. Microsoft Teams or FaceTime are the virtual mediums utilized most in this capacity.
